"DPR"' terrorists detained Polish journalist Pawel Pieni??ek for inspection

On February 25, militants of the pro-Russian terrorist organization “DPR” detained Pawe? Pieni??ek, Polish journalist from the media outlet Krytyka Polityczna. The journalist reported this himself on his  Facebook page. According to Pieni??ek, the militants forced him to tell them the password to his phone and copied everything he had on it. They released him after 6 jours.

 The incident took place on the territory of Donetska oblast under the terrorists' control. Earlier, the Polish journalist visited Debaltseve, which was abandoned by the Ukrainian forces, and published his story about the life in the town on February 24 in Krytyka Polityczna.  

Pawe? Pieni??ek is a specialist in the Eastern European issues, and has been working in Ukraine as a special correspondent since the beginning of Euromaidan.
