"DPR" banned Ukrainian mass media at "local elections"

The so-called “People's Council of "DPR” banned Ukrainian mass media outlets from obtaining information on the so-called "local elections" that are supposed to be conducted on October 18. Ukrainian mass media outlets will not be allowed to be a part of the election process. At that, Ukrainian mass media are not mentioned directly - just as "mass media... partial to instigation of civil animosity, dissemination of calls to violence, or of knowingly false information about situation in the DPR".
