"DPR" and "LPR" terrorists ban publication of materials with Russian troops by foreign journalists – Popova

23.09.2015, 13:32

The terrorists of “DPR” and “LPR” ban publication of video materials where Russian Army soldiers can be seen, threatening to prohibit journalists from working on the occupied territories. On September 18, this information was made public by the vice-minister of informational policy, Tetiana Popova.

Because Ukrainian journalists are not permitted to work there at all, the only source of professional materials from the area is foreign journalists. Yet, the offices of foreign media outlets ask not to publish materials showing Russian troops, as the terrorists would not allow foreign journalists, who record these materials, to continue working on the territories they control.
