‘Dorozhny Kontrol - Zakhid’ journalist, who filmed prosecutor’s violations, is wanted by military commissariat

The journalist of the legal newspaper ’Dorozhny Kontrol - Zakhid’ Oleh Orlenko claims that after he filmed violations committed by Shepetivka prosecutor (Khmelnytska oblast) Vladyslav Piontkovsky and uploaded the video to Youtube, the local military commissariat began to express its interest in him. This was reported on the newspaper’s website.

According to the newspaper, several weeks ago Orlenko, who lives in Shepetivka, recorded a video of the local prosecutor, who left his car in the middle of the street crossing and went to a store to buy cigarettes. And instead of admitting his guilt the prosecutor decided to take revenge by setting the military commissariat at the journalist.

The journalist believes it is not by chance that in two days after the incident with the prosecutor representatives of the military commissariat started to come visit him. They would come several times daily and talk to his parents instead of just calling him as they have his phone number.

Orlenko decided to call the commissariat himself and recorded the call. The commissariat’s representative he talked to without any questions or prompts told him that they received an order from the oblast city concerning him.
