Donetsk journalists not allowed to leave office building where polling station was located

On October 28, 2012 in Donetsk, commissioners did not let journalists of the newspaper "Today" out of the building where votes were being counted. In the building where the office of the Donetsk branch of the newspaper is located was polling station, according to the paper's website.


Vote tabulation was on the seventh floor, and polling station - at first.


"After a short lecture on the importance of the moment, out reporter was sent home to his wife and son, "- wrote the publication.


The rest of the editorial staff tried to get out of the building through the back door but it was locked. After some "negotiations" with the members of the election commission, reporters were allowed to leave.
