Director of "Oshchadbank" sues "Ukrainski Novyny"

The director of the board of “Oshchadbank” Andriy Pyshnyi is suing the information agency “Ukrainski Novyny” for their publication in the section “News” of the official statement from the party “Opposition Bloc,” where he is accused of being corrupted. The agency website reported this news, “Detector Media” informs.

The director’s claim complains about the published material as a slanderous one, the one that harms honor, dignity, and business reputation of Andriy Pyshnyi, and demands to refute this information. The subject of publication is a flight to a soccer match of the European League for the director and five other bank board members, which was given to them as a bribe. This case is now being investigated by police.
