Digital security laboratory launched its web-site

The NGO “Digital security laboratory” has launched its own web-site “Yak” (How-to) with practical tips for better digital security, as it is said in the press release of the NGO. This web-site is intended for journalists, human rights defenders, activists who frequently are facing threats on the net. “As our experience of trainings and personalized advice proved, the users often aren’t aware of those or other protective functions and do not know install it by themselves. The reason of it is complexity of devices and services. Often these functions are hidden in the interface”, according to the press release. There is a function allowing to get advice of expert of ‘Digital security laboratory”. For this purpose one should fill an application form under heading “To contact experts”.
