Deputy of the city council attacked journalist

 The deputy of Khmilnyk city council Oleg Bialkivsky attacked a journalist of the "Stop Corruption" outlet Vyacheslav Hryshko. The incident occurred during a city council session in Khmilnyk.
The journalist of "StopKor" Serhiy Medianyk reportes about details from the spot.

"The politician hit our colleague, grab the poster out of the hands and torn it. The poster had written "Yurchyshyn gang climbs to the Khmilnyk City Council". At today's meeting Khmilnyk MPs had to vote for deputies, which Petro Yurchyshyn tries to get into the council. So, last session he totally intimidated deputies so they voted in his interests.

Somehow Yurchyshyn got to know that representatives of "StopKoru" will attend today's meeting and he did not come. He instructed the mayor of city Serhiy Redchyk by a phone, to close the meeting and move it to Monday. That's what the mayor did, he offered and approved the decision in the way which violates laws and regulations,"- said a journalist and witness of events Serhiy Medianyk.

Activists of the project file an application to the police. In addition, the project team held a meeting under the walls of City Hall.
