Ternopil city council failed to provide the journalists of "Kolona" media outlet full information about the incomes of its deputies (members). The journalists sent requests for the declarations of local deputies under the project “Transparency of people's mandate”. As Kolona claims, failure to provide such information in atimely and complete manner constitutes breach of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information".
