"Democratic Alliance" sues Channel 7 of Odesa

 The party “Democratic Alliance” is suing Channel 7 of Odesa for “slander and defamation against the party's reputation and against its activist, Serhiy Safaniuk.”  

The party demands “public apologies and provision of the same time on air to refute information about our team and activists on air of Channel 7”.

"Democratic alliance" claims that the TV channel has been broadcasting “paid bogus clips, and is destroying DemAlliance team’s reputation with impunity”.

The party claims that the person who ordered all this discrediting campaign is an oligarch, owner of the developer company group Kadorr Group, Adnan Kivan. As the party claims, Kivan started his campaign against them because they help the community to fight illegal development projects in the city.
