Criminal case launched over attacks against journalists in Berdiansk

Based on the fact of assault against the filming crew of the TV and Radio company YUH in Berdiansk (Zaporizka oblast), police launched a criminal case based on part 1, article 171 (Obstruction to journalists’ lawful professional activities) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, local police administration reports. Pre-investigation check-up is pending.

The case pertains to the assault against the filming crew of the TV and Radio Company YUH by the city council’s chief specialist Ihor Kalachov.
