Crimean website "15 khvylyn" restarts in Kyiv

On December 21, the editorial office of informational portal “15 khvylyn” ("15 minutes")  restarts its operation, now from Kyiv instead of Crimea. Their website reports about the restart.

“15 khvylyn” and channel for children Lâle are the projects of free media holding АТR. Lenur Isliamov, the holding owner, said that he tried to maintain these projects in Crimea as long as he could.
