The Supreme court of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea refused to change the pre-trial restriction to undertaking not to leave for the arrested cameraman of the Crimean Tatar АTR TV channel Eskander Nebiyev. This way, the cameraman will be held under arrest in Simferopol pre-trial detention facility until June 20, Channel 5 informs. The cameraman is accused of participation in the pro-Ukrainian rally near the Crimean Parliament building on February 26, 2014.
