Court of Kyiv sanctioned search in U.S. office of YouTube

The Pecherskyi Court of Kyiv satisfied the pleading of the investigator of the General Prosecutor's office of Ukraine Oleksiy Bohomolov about access to the video-hosting servers of YouTube in the USA by the judgement as of March 2, published in the Unified Register of Judgements, Ukrainska Pravda reports. The court satisfied this plea "to get information about the user who published video records from the office of the former Minister of Internal Affairs Serhiy Chebotar".

Now, Ukrainian court permitted investigator Bohomolov to access the documents of the company YouTube LLC in the city of Mountain View, California, the United States of America. According to the court, the investigator can get there name and other personal ID data of the user, who uploaded the video in question. The video shows how director of enterprise Vasyl Petrivskyi reporting to Chebotar  sale of sand through a bogus company. Thee Prosecutor's office issued charges against Petrivskyi in this March.
