Court judges that Security Service acted against law when detaining journalists

Pecherskyi district court of Kyiv city judged that journalists of program "Schemes. Corruption in details" Mykhailo Tkach and Kyrylo Lazarevych were the offended party in the case of October 2, when they were detained by Security Service officers for video recording their high-class cars that revealed lifestyle totally different from something one can afford with official officer income. The journalists were taken and treated as "terrorists" before they were released. However, the punishment of the officers (unless they win in court of appeal) will be just spending two days in internal Security Service confinement.
