Court judged Ministry of Internal Affairs’ refusal to give mass media list of people awarded with personal weapon unlawful

The district administrative court judged unlawful the refusal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to answer the request of the informational agency “Ukrainski Novyny” to provide the list of people, who were awarded with personal weapon in 2014-2015. The court judgement was passed officially to that effect, referring to the relevant laws "On protection of personal data" and "On access to public information", “Ukrainski novyny” report.
