Court bans the activities of Muraev's "Nashi" party
The Eighth Administrative Court of Appeal in Lviv has banned the activities of the political party "Nashi," led by pro-russian politician Yevhen Muraev.
This decision was made by the court on June 14, satisfying Ukranian Ministry of Justice's legal demand for the ban.
The court also ruled on the transfer of funds and other assets of the party, its regional, city, district organizations, primary units, and other structural entities to state ownership.
The full text of the decision on the case banning a political party will be published on the official websites of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
We remind that on February 11, 2022, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy put into effect the National Security and Defense Council's February 11 decision on imposing sanctions on Nash TV channel and other companies.
On March 19, 2022, the National Security and Defense Council banned the activities of several political parties for the duration of martial law, including "Nashi" party.
"Nashi" party was established in 2018, and in 2019 it joined the Opposition Bloc.
