Court allowed Shuster employment in Ukraine
On June 13, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv cancelled the resolution of Kyiv Center of Employment on withdrawing the right of Savik Shuster to work in Ukraine. This information was released on the webpage of Savik Shuster's studio in Facebook.
“The actions of the employees of the Employment center were judged illegal, and the decree that banned the TV anchor from working in Ukraine was judged null and void”, the message states. As IMI informed earlier, on April 26 it became known Savik Shuster's permit to work in Ukraine was cancelled "for providing invalid data in his application".
After that, Shuster announced that he would continue working in Ukraine without permit, and filed a claim against the decision of the Employment Center to the District Administrative court of Kyiv city.
