Complainant in Gongadze case, journalist Podolskyi, penalized for 3 thousand hryvnias for disrespecting court

Journalist Oleksiy Podliskyi, who is a complainant in the case on murder of journalist Georgiy Gongadze, was penalized for disrespecting the court for 1.5 thousand hryvnias, and, later, once again for the same amount. The journalist was angered and called the judges "mantled con masters" and other similar terms. He demanded to bring to justice those who were pressuring the accused, former police general Pukach (adjudged to life sentence for murder of journalist Gongadze), during the litigation in the first instance court, and threatened not to allow to continue the procedure in the court until his claim is satisfied.
