Chernivtsi journalists were not allowed to attend session of city council’s executive committee

The councillor to the city mayor, Iryna Karimova, explained the refusal by the fact that the filming crew failed to procure the permission for the live broadcast, about which they were informed beforehand. She also rebuked them for arriving literally minutes before the session began.

The filming crew was not even allowed to enter the office, where the executive committee was gathered. Later they were told the office was too small to allocate all media outlets.
