Cameraman of "Channel 24" died in hospital after hit-and-run traffic accident

On December 17, at night, cameraman of "Channel 24 каналу" Serhiy Chernikov, who was hit by a car in Kyiv on a passenger crossing a day before, died in the hospital.

The TV channel asks any witnesses of the tragedy who have records related to it, to call to the telephone number of the editorial office, +38 044 390 5080.

Police started criminal case based in this fact. The editorial office of the channel claims that the driver who hit Chernikov already started a "sweep campaign" of all evidence of his crime. The bank the security camera of which captured the crime, refuses to cooperate with the relatives, the editorial office reports.
