Cabinet of Ministers will develop mechanism for blocking websites as a part of Cyber Security Strategy

In the current year, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to develop the legal procedure for blocking electronic information resources that contain materials banned by the law. On June 24, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine issued Decree No. 440-р, with which it approved the Action Plan for 2016 for implementation of the Cyber Security Strategy of Ukraine, “Detector Media" reports.

One of this plan’s items is securing human and other resources for the cyber security, and developing by the pertinent enforcement agencies of the mentioned legal mechanism for blocking websites.
