The media holding ZIK is being sued by the businessman Serhiy Havrylko, whom the TV channel ZIK named as one of those who attacked the journalists of the project «Nashi Hroshi» on April 28 near the estate of the then-vice-minister of internal affairs Serhiy Chebotar. The businessman demands to refute the invalid (to his opinion) information about his affiliation with the scandalous incident, to give him official apologies, and to pay compensation of 50 thousand hryvnias for moral damages.
