Book about Medvedchuk by "Skhemy" journalist is released
"1937" about the godfather of russian president vladimir putin's daughter, Medvedchuk, written by journalist of the investigation program "Skhemy" Maksym Savchuk, has been released and is available for order, Radio Liberty reports.
The book is the result of a three-year long journalistic investigation, where the author relates how he had unraveled the "knot" of Medvedchuk's business schemes, found clues and explanations of the Ukrainian politician's wealth growth – oil business in russia and gas business in Crimea, – as well as discovered elite real estate and offshore companies of the pro-russian oligarch.
In addition to the post-revolutionary history of the pro-russian oligarch Viktor Medvedchuk, his wife Oksana Marchenko and their entourage, "1937" is interwoven with real stories about the life of the "Schemes" team.
The presentation of the book took place on June 16. The author decided to donate the sale fee to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"1937" is printed by Yakaboo Publishing, the project was implemented by the national book platform Yakaboo. An electronic version of the book is also available for order.
