АTR TV channel insists Crimean authorities obstruct their work

The self-proclaimed Crimean authorities refuse to accredit the Crimena Tatar TV channel  АTR to any of their events. After the building of the Parliament was taken over by unidentified masked men, only Russian journalists are allowed inside. The Parliament's press service ignores the TV channel's letters and calls. When the filming crew comes nevertheless they are told they are not allowed. The TV channel was also cut off all local cable networks and their website is down most of the time so they cannot broadcast online. They are still able to broadcast via satellite.
