On October 29 in Kherson, a fight occured at the meeting of the notorious District Electoral Committee No.182. During this fight, the journalists of the information agency “PIK” were involved – their camera, which was used for streaming of the meeting, was nearly smashed. An eager supporter of the current people’s deputy from “Batkivshchyna” Yuriy Odarchenko, Olena Mazur, grabbed it and turned it over twice. Police officers stopped the fight, and the camera was not damaged, yet journalist Oleksander Korniakov filed a complaint to police for the attack against the journalist and obstruction to his professional duties.
