In Chernihiv, where on July 26, by–elections of a Parliament member were held, representatives of the so–called security firm «Donbas» at polling stations were not permitting journalists to photograph and threatened them. This information was published on the website of the Independent Media Trade Union of Ukraine. 

«The law overtly states that journalists have a right to be present during the voting – which means that so-called security firm «Donbas» is breaking law», layer of IMTU Oleksiy Rzhanov said.
