In the cities Chernivtsi and Khotyn, Chernivetska oblast, leaflets in colors of one of the parties campaigning in the parliamentary elections, with inscription «1+1 THEY LIE» were posted on October 17 and 18. It is unknown, who ordered printing of the leaflets.
