Apartment of "Ukrainskyi tyzhden" journalist and soldier of "Azov", Valeria Burlakova, was searched
On September 26 in Kyiv, in the morning, the apartment of the journalist of the magazine “Ukrainskyi tyzhden”, volunteer of the regiment "Azov" Valeria Burlakova, was searched, as a part of the investigation of clashes near the Parliament on August 31, "Telekrytyka" informs. Valeria herself was not near the parliament on that day, and the court issued a order not to her name, but to the name of a person who was just registered there, but did not actually live there (a common thing with the Soviet-time registration system in place in Ukraine). The investigators during the search made a mess in the apartment and confiscated a common knife and empty assault rifle cartridges. Burlakova does not plan to file any complaints on the actions of investigators, as she plans to return to the frontline soon. Burlakova continues working as a journalist for "Ukrainskyi tyzhden".
