Access to Krym.Realii (Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty) blocked in Sebastopol

On May 28th, Russian mobile providers "Sevtelecom" and "Sevmobayl" resumed blockage of the website Krym.Realii (local portal of the radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty), RFE/RL reported citing local residents.
While trying to connect to the website through the "Sevtelekom" provider, Opera browser says: "Access is unavailable. Connection reset ".
At the same time, the website can be visited through a VPN service inserted into the browser.
When trying to connect to the Crym.Realii through the operator of "SevmoBayl", Opera browser also reports the impossibility to establish connection with server.
In addition, in Sevastopol, the mobile application of Krym.Realii within IOS operating system does not work.
At the same time, the Krym.Realii website is available through the Psiphone application.
Access to the Krym.Realii website were blocked through Sevtelecom and SevmoBile. As it was reported ten Crimean providers completely blocked 12 Ukrainian news websites and two social networks. In addition, 28 websites are partially blocked, as to the monitoring held on February-March 2019 by the Crimean Human Rights Group (KPG).
