20.03.2019, 17:38
An active spreading of black PR in social networks became a specificity of this presidential election campaign, as to conclusion of the Committee of voters of Ukraine. There are several popular groups which diffuse commissioned information against the candidates for the presidency Anatoliy Grytsenko, Yulia Tymoshenko, Petro Poroshenko and Volodymyr Zelensky. Such is a conclusion is sounded by the Committee of voters of Ukraine, as results of long-term survey over the preparing of election, as to Detektor Media. The Committee has scrutinized the activity of the candidates for the presidency, their pre-election public campaigning, their programs and activity of the Central election commission. As to CVU, propaganda often is made public with breach to the legislation. The experts revealed materials that were made public without reference data in all regions of Ukraine. But lately this number was diminishing comparing to the January figures. There were such materials as to Andriy Sadovyy, Ruslan Koshulynsky, Anatoliy Grytsenko, Olha Bohomolets, Yulia Tymoshenko, Petro Poroshenko, Oleh Lyashko, Oleksander Shevchenko, Oleksander Vilkul, Hennadiy Balashov, Serhiy Kaplin. Another frequent breach is propaganda diffused in places where this is forbidden to do, for instance in the premises of local government and other government structures. A negative element of this campaign is spreading in the mass media stories with attributes of smear campaigns and jeansa. The CVU identified as well sociological polls wich have features of commissioned ones. In general, as a results of long-term survey of CVU, the most busy public campaigning in province has been launched by Petro Poroshenko and Yulia Tymoshenko. In almost all regions of Ukraine they observed busy public campaignings organized by Anatoliy Grytsenko, Oleh Lyashko, Volodymyr Zelensky and Andriy Sadovyy.
