Registration for media training “Participation of internally displaced persons in election” till 29 January

The registration of the journalists wishing to attend the training “Participation of internally displaced persons in election” is open till the 29th of January. The training is organized by NGO “Civic holding “Grup of influence”. The event will take place on the 1st of February in Kyiv from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. The issues to be debated are: -how internally displaced persons (IDP) and residents of temporarily occupied territories could vote at general election? - Why the parliament failed to vote the bill on participation of IDP in local election? -What is done by the public authorities in order to raise participation level of citizens in election? -What specificities of legislation or procedures have to be taken into account while covering the topic of voting of IDP ?
