39 media workers awarded on Journalist's Day (list)

On the occasion of the Journalist's Day, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented 39 Ukrainian journalists and media representatives with state awards of Ukraine.

The relevant decree №394/2022 was published on June 6 on the head of state's website.

They were awarded "for significant personal contribution to the development of domestic journalism and the information field, for courage and dedication shown during the coverage of the russian federation's full-scale invasion into Ukraine, for many years of hard work and high professionalism."

Here is the full list of the award-winning journalists:

Order "For Merit" of the II degree –

Motorny Oleksandr Mykolayovych – Editor-in-Chief and Special Correspondent of "Studiya 1+1" TV and Radio Company

Order "For Merit" of the III degree –

Baturyn Oleh Ihorevych – correspondent of the "Novy Den" newspaper

Bohoslavska Yana Yevheniivna – Head of the Author's Programs Department, Head of the Information and Analytical Department of the "Dnipro City Television Studio" municipal enterprise, Dnipro City Council

Borovyk Olesya Mykolayivna – correspondent of the "NEWS GROUP UKRAINE" company
