Website of Kyiv city, 44.ua, changed the authorization system due to anonymous offensive comments

Website of Kyiv city 44.ua reported about changes in their authorization system due to large amount of anonymous offensive comments. The anonymous comments are now disabled. The last straw, the administration pointed out, was anonymous comments that were offending the readers and that were signed "administrator" or "moderator".
