06.04.2018, 12:26
Law enforcement officers clarified that the explosion near TV channel "Espresso" in October last year in Kyiv was an assassination attempt against MP Ihor Mosiychuk. This information was released at the briefing on April 5 by the vice prosecutor of Kyiv, Pavlo Kononenko, and vice-head of SBU Viktor Kononenko, “Ukrainska pravda” reports, with reference to Interfaks-Ukraina. “Considering the information we received, it was Mosiychuk who they needed”, Pavlo Kononenko said. “It was organized by the representative of Chief Administration of General Headquarters of Russian Federation”, he added. As “Ukrainska pravda” learned from SBU, as a suspect of setting up the explosion, man named Mykhailo Myatnykh was arrested. Two more perpetrators are now on the wanted list. They are Oleksandr Grygorian, born in Azerbaijan, and Ihor Lysak, born in Vilyn, Ukraine. They currently stay in Russia.
